What foods on the menu are safe for the most common allergens?

We are pretty easy on the tree nuts--we don’t really have a lot. We have one salad that has it. We don’t have any peanut oil or anything like that. We use canola oil. The biggest one that I see is gluten. Like I said, that just eliminates things like the burger bun, but we have a gluten-free burger bun. All of our burgers are pretty straight up: just salt and pepper on the meat. There’s cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onions, so it’s really easy to know where the gluten is on that. We lean towards that--the gluten-free bun. Pizza we don’t really have a replacement for right now. There are products out there for gluten-free. Most of them are nut allergies and gluten allergies. MSG is a hard one to find. We don’t have a lot of items that have MSG, but it’s one of those ingredients that sometimes is hidden in a product, like a sauce or soy sauce, or glaze. Stuff like that. That one is harder to track down. Like I said, the nut one is pretty easy because we only have one thing with nuts. There’s really only one thing that has soy sauce--the salmon marinade. Those are the two biggest ones that I’ve run into.
